Yonghua Redwood was established in Panyu, Guangzhou in 1986. Focusing on the high-end mahogany industry and Lingnan culture and art, after 35 years of development, it has become an outstanding “Cantonese-style” manufacturing enterprise in Guangdong Province and a comprehensive cultural industry enterprise integrating furniture R & D and production, cultural tourism, arts and crafts, and characteristic cultural and creative products. The company’s chairman, Mr. Chen Daqiang, was awarded the title of “Great Artisan of China’s Light Industry” and participated in the compilation of national standards such as “Nomenclature of Traditional Chinese Furniture”, and was selected as the inheritor of the seventh batch of municipal intangible cultural heritage in Guangzhou.

Yonghua Redwood has always “adhered to first-class standards”, continuously innovated craftsmanship, successively passed ISO9001 quality management system and ISO14001 environmental system certifications, and elaborately built the Yonghua Art Museum of approximately 15,000 square meters, exhibiting more than 5,000 top-quality mahogany furniture collections. It innovatively created the 127-meter “Sightseeing Craft Corridor” for the first time in the industry, creating a new urban cultural space landmark integrating “Cantonese-style Craftsmanship”, Lingnan culture, and the spirit of craftsmanship. It was rated as a national AAA-level scenic spot. The Shiji Mahogany Town, led by Yonghua as the leading enterprise, was awarded the title of “Mahogany Town with Characteristics of Cantonese-style Furniture” by the China Furniture Association.
