Vipoon Paper was founded in 2002, specializing in the R&D, production and sales of household paper, business paper, infant care, and female care products. The products include many categories such as tissue paper, toilet paper, handkerchief paper, kitchen paper, hand towels, cotton soft towels, facial towels, and soft moist towels. The group has a total of 4 production bases and 1 e-commerce company, namely: Chongqing Vipoon Paper Co., Ltd. (Factory 1 and Factory 2), Sichuan Vipoon Youpin Technology Co., Ltd., Pengzhou Daliang Paper Co., Ltd., and Sichuan Vipoon Household Products Co., Ltd. Currently, there are more than 70 production lines, over 1,000 employees, and the comprehensive annual production capacity reaches 160,000 tons. The products are mainly sold in the offline market, supplemented by online brand operation. There are more than 500 offline distributors and the sales outlets exceed 400,000.

Since its establishment, Vipoon Paper has always adhered to the enterprise tenet of “quality first, reputation first, refinement and innovation, win-win cooperation”, and has won many honorary titles such as “Vice-Chairman Unit of Household Paper” and “Member Unit of Enterprise Integrity Promotion” for consecutive years. In 2020, the company invested 180 million yuan to purchase more than 100 mu of land in Chongqing Yongchuan Industrial Park to build a new factory area and purchased fully automated equipment to increase production capacity to better meet the needs of the market.
