LeeMan Paper Manufacturing Limited (“LeeMan Paper”) was established in 1994 and was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2003 (stock code: 02314). The group has the integrated advantage of the papermaking and packaging industry chain, and its production capacity ranks among the top in the global paper industry. It is one of the papermaking enterprises with scale and strength in the industry. It mainly produces related paper products of different grades and specifications, such as containerboard base paper for packaging, grey board and household paper, to meet the business needs of different industries. It has more than ten papermaking and pulping bases in China, distributed in Guangdong, Jiangsu, Chongqing, Jiangxi, Guangxi, Sichuan and other places in China. In addition, the group also has production bases in Vietnam, Malaysia and other countries, and has offices in Hong Kong, Macau, Europe, the United States and other places.

At present, LeeMan Group occupies a certain share in the papermaking industry, and its market share remains at an advanced level. At the same time, we strive to meet the constantly changing market demands, accelerate the transformation of kinetic energy, actively promote capacity upgrading, introduce advanced technologies and equipment, and launch many new large-scale wood pulp and papermaking production lines. The projects of each industrial chain continue to expand, competing for market share, thereby continuously enhancing the brand appeal and market share of LeeMan Group at home and abroad. Up to now, we have become a multinational enterprise with an annual production capacity of over 9 million tons, of which the annual production capacity of packaging paper is about 7 million tons, the annual production capacity of pulping is about 1 million tons, and the annual production capacity of household paper is about 1.3 million tons.
