The company has a deep historical and cultural heritage. The art of brewing at Yanghe dates back to the Han Dynasty, prospered during the Sui and Tang Dynasties, and reached its peak during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It was even selected as tribute liquor during the Qing Dynasty, earning the reputation of having the “clear fragrance and beauty of Fushan’s liquor sea, taking the first place in Jiangnan’s flavor.” Shuanggou is known as the birthplace of “Xiacao Bay People” and “Drunk Ape Fossils,” and is praised as the place with the most natural brewing environment and the origin of natural liquor in China.
