Founded in 1988, “Xi Bei You Mian Cun” is the main brand under the Xi Bei Restaurant Group, originating from a small street-side snack shop of less than 20 square meters in Inner Mongolia – Huang Tu Po Flavor Snack Shop. It specializes in Chinese casual dining and is an outstanding representative of Northwestern cuisine, highly popular for its unique Northwest ethnic-style dishes.

In May 1988, Huang Tu Po Flavor Snack Shop opened in the eastern suburbs of Linhe City. It has operated six different establishments, including Huang Tu Gao Po Flavor Snack Shop, Xi Bei Bar, Ai Li Ge Si Seafood Restaurant, Xin Da Du Restaurant, Tian Tian Huo Yang Restaurant, and Restaurant Plaza.
In October 1993, “Xi Bei Restaurant Co., Ltd.” was registered and established.
In November 2001, Beijing Xi Bei Restaurant Management Company was initiated and founded by Mr. Jia Guolong, the chairman of Inner Mongolia Xi Bei Restaurant Co., Ltd. The establishment and healthy development of Xi Bei Restaurant Management Company laid the foundation for unified management of businesses investing in the “Xi Bei Restaurant” brand, contributing to brand expansion and chain operations.
In 2013, Xi Bei rebranded its core business as “Xi Bei You Mian Cun,” incorporating healthy cuisine and the youthful and beautiful image of the “You Mian Mei” character, giving the “Xi Bei You Mian Cun” brand a fresh new look.
In 2014, the super symbol “I ❤ You Mian (You)” was established, alongside the square-shaped Xi Bei You Mian Cun logo.
In 2015, Xi Bei defined the company’s mission, vision, core values, commitment, and the Xi Bei Craftsman Spirit, outlining the “Xi Bei Blueprint.” The Xi Bei Blueprint establishes the origins, direction, and goals of all Xi Bei’s work.
Currently, Xi Bei You Mian Cun has hundreds of locations in various cities across China, providing products and services to 50 million customers annually.
