Consumers can bake it instantly without the need for thawing. Simply heat it in an air fryer at 160°C for 5 minutes, and it’s ready to enjoy, providing bakery-quality taste.
Bliss Cake’s self-baked bread, as a new category of frozen bakery products, adheres to several standards: it uses -18°C rapid freezing technology to preserve the bread’s original nutrition, color, and aroma to the maximum extent. It extends the shelf life and delivers products to customers through a cold chain distribution system. The shelf life is at least 9 months, and the product can be stored in the freezer.
