Using nickel-based welding technology, there is no oxidation on the surface during the welding process, no blackening, good tensile strength of the weld, good air tightness, stable shape and size, and stable organizational performance of the welded parts. Materials manufactured by powder metallurgy process have unique chemical composition and mechanical and physical properties, which cannot be obtained by traditional casting methods. It can minimize alloy component segregation and eliminate coarse and uneven casting structure, and is more suitable for complex shape design.
