Established in 1993, LONKING Holdings Limited is a large Chinese engineering machinery manufacturing enterprise primarily engaged in the research, development, production, and sales of construction machinery such as loaders, forklifts, and road rollers.

LONKING Holdings Limited was founded by Mr. Li Xinyan in Longyan, Fujian in 1993. In 2005, the company went public on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: HK03339).

Since its establishment, the company has achieved rapid and steady development. Its product range covers four major categories: loaders, excavators, forklifts, and road machinery, with over 500 different models. LONKING’s loaders, excavators, forklifts, and road rollers have gained increasing market share due to their high quality and cost-effectiveness, making them highly favored by users. The company has independently developed and manufactured core components like mechanical transmission parts and hydraulic components, and has established a large modern precision casting and forging production base. Among these, the hydraulic pumps and valves used in excavators have changed the previous reliance on imported components for such machinery in China.

The company has consistently adhered to the “sales agency” principle, continuously strengthening its advantages in “quality, service, and cost-effectiveness.” It has built a global marketing and service network for LONKING products. In over 1,000 primary and secondary distribution agencies, the company implements a “four-in-one” sales and service mechanism consisting of machine sales, maintenance services, spare parts supply, and financing leasing. The company practices a full delegation of after-sales service, ensuring the constant improvement of the sales channel and rapid response to after-sales service. The company has established a sales management mechanism of “being true to reality, and adapting flexibly,” continuously improving its risk control system to ensure the steady development of the enterprise.

The company has 19 wholly-owned subsidiaries in three major bases in Fujian, Shanghai, and Jiangxi. The manufacturing process employs advanced equipment and follows a lean management approach according to the “work instruction manual.” The quality management system has been certified with ISO9001:2000, ISO9001:2008, and the national military standard GJB9001-2001A.

Based on the successful development experience of the past and looking to the future of the international market, the Group’s Board of Directors has formulated the LONKING “Second Entrepreneurship” development outline. It is implementing a “globalization positioning and leapfrog development” strategy to construct a world-class international enterprise, clarifying the direction of creating a “Centennial LONKING.”
