Shandong Bohui Paper Co., Ltd. was established in 1994 and its headquarters is located in Zibo, Shandong Province. It was listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2004 (A-share code: 600966). Since October 2020, it has become an A-share listing platform of APP (China) of Sinar Mas Group, and the equity governance structure has been further optimized. The company has two major production bases in Shandong and Jiangsu, with about 4,400 employees.

The company focuses on the research and development, production and sales of pulp and paper integration. Its main products are white paperboard, corrugated paper, containerboard, gypsum facing paper, etc. The output and sales volume of machine-made paper reached more than 2.2 million tons in 2019. By the end of 2019, the company’s total assets were 19.4 billion yuan and its sales revenue was 9.7 billion yuan.
