Shuhua Sports Co., Ltd. was established in 1996. Shuhua Sports set a new brand development direction of “scientific exercise” and upgraded its brand value from “a provider of professional and scientific sports health solutions” to “a service provider of scientific exercise.” In 2020, it was listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code: 605299.SH) and pursued a multi-brand strategy, owning both SHUA and BANCON brands.
In 2017, Shuhua was rated as a “National Sports Industry Demonstration Unit” by the General Administration of Sports of China. On June 28, 2020, Shuhua Sports Co., Ltd. was included in the “List of Provincial Leading Enterprises in Industry and Information Technology of Fujian Province for 2020.”
In 2021, Shuhua became the official fitness equipment supplier for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics and Paralympics, providing fitness equipment and related services for the Olympic Village Fitness Center in Beijing.

They jointly build a laboratory with TUV Rheinland (China) Co., Ltd. Guangzhou Branch, dedicated to sports science and product research.
