Linyi Xincheng Jinluo Meat Products Group Co., Ltd. was established in 1994. The Jinluo Group currently has total assets of 10.8 billion yuan and employs more than 30,000 people. It has production bases mainly in Shandong, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Inner Mongolia, Hunan, Sichuan, and other provinces, specializing in pig and broiler slaughter and meat product processing. On June 17, 2008, the company established Linyi Xincheng Jinluo Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. based on the original breeding department. It extended upstream to pig breeding, established boar farms, feed mills, and pig breeding cooperatives as sub-projects to cultivate pig production bases. The company provided three-way hybrid piglets from parent farms to production bases, provided feed to cooperative members, and provided “five unifications” services to cooperative members, including unified pig breeding, unified feed, unified medicine and vaccine, unified technical services, and unified purchase and sale of commercial pigs.
After more than a decade of pig farming operations, Linyi Xincheng Jinluo Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. has accumulated mature pig farming technology and experience, established a sound system of feeding management and hygiene and epidemic prevention, and improved various production records. Since 2004, it has been responsible for the national live reserve task. With the gradual implementation of standardized and standardized pig farms, it is currently advancing HACCP system certification. Sow management uses automatic electronic feeding stations imported from the United States (TEAM system). The company will invest more than one million yuan in stages to establish a veterinary laboratory and a feed laboratory. The company uses GPS software for data management, scientifically selects and matches breeding with GBS breeding software, and employs famous breeding experts from Shandong Agricultural University to guide breeding work, ensuring the continuous improvement of its growth and reproductive performance.
