Established in 1888, Lee Kum Kee is a century-old Chinese sauce brand based in Hong Kong. It started as a sauce brand specializing in industrial production of oyster sauce. The brand primarily produces Chinese sauce products such as oyster sauce, soy sauce, chili sauce, convenience sauce, and XO sauce.
In 1888, Mr. Lee Kum Sheung, the founder of Lee Kum Kee, invented oyster sauce in Nanshui Town, Zhuhai, Guangdong Province, China, and established Lee Kum Kee. After more than a century of continuous development, Lee Kum Kee has become a household name in the world of sauces, representing quality and trust.
